Listen to the waves roll in and feel the powder white sand under your feet as you walk down to the beach, just steps from your back door. The community swimming pool provides a relaxing place to sunbath and take a dip. Close to all local attractions, entertainment, and restaurants... Island Sands is the perfect beach location.

This ground floor unit is great for families with small children. There are no stairs, elevators, or balconies to worry about. There is a grassy area just outside the back door that provides a great spot to hang out.

The 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a large breakfast bar that seats four, a living room with two queen size sleeper sofas, smart TV, and two sets of glass sliders that lead to the patio. A master bedroom with a king size bed, blackout draperies, smart TV, and half bath. Full size bathroom with shower/tub combination in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
