Love this spacious condo.

Vacation 2023

As always I like Azure. The location is great, I like the pools and beach access. Overall it was a great vacation but there were some hiccups. The room was very clean and the outside furniture was great, however the furniture inside including the beds are very old and makes noises sitting and getting up. The dryer took hours to dry anything and looked very old. First full day at the beach (Sunday) was not great with beach service. The main chair guy, Stu was extremely rude which made me not want to deal with him at all. Luckily his helpers were very nice so everything worked out.

We love Fort Walton Beach. Our family has vacationed @ FWB for 40+ years. We had a wonderful stay at the Azure four years ago. In these few years the facility really shows its use. There were scheduled maintenance items and city utility improvements, which were not shared with many guess of the complex, creating big inconveniences. We fully understand the need for maintenance. However, it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. The unit shows its use. The cleaning staff had done the best job they could. Furniture & decor are aged & a little hodgepodge. Couch and love seat are a little sticky due to sweaty bodies & sun tan lotion. We arrived to a toilet in the master bath, which wouldn’t shut off.( maintenance team addressed pretty quick.) One of the sinks and the master bath was plugged. The stove top has more scratches than a Boy Scout troop walking through a field of poison ivy. Kitchen essentials are bare bone essentials. The skillets and a couple pots and pans appear to be new. The washer and dryer are 20 years old and look to have come from grandma’s basement. However, they did work & for that, we are very appreciative. The beach staff was awesome. The beach is always awesome. Azure staff were friendly. Management team was very good and did the best they could. Overall, it is always great to get to the Emerald Coast and we haven’t written off the Azure…but won’t stay in this unit.

2023 Couples Vacation

This was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect from the layout, to the beach view, to the beach service. We had 3 couples that stayed and it was awesome, had a great time on the beach and in the room playing games at the dining room table. I don’t think we had one bad thing to say about the condo.

Condo 518

The Condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and the balcony had great views of the ocean and looked out over the pool. We had an issue with the electric in the kitchen and a shower head in the hall bath we reported it and it was fixed the same day. We should have reported the shower head in the master shower because it hardly puts out any water! The kitchen is not stocked (like they say) with everything you need to cook a meal. We had to go buy large spoons and a spatula just so we could flip pancakes, hamburgers and stir a boiling pot. The condo complex also had so many rules that were not told to us prior to booking. Nothing could be left outside the front door (we got a note on the door) the pool deck was monitored every half hour, you can not keep a cup of any kind on the pool deck.
