Nearly perfect

We were 100% satisfied & would return again. The best attributes are the view (balcony & room), beach access & pool. We had great communication & the place was clean. There were no issuea during our stay. I could nitpick some enhancements, but nothing is perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chose this condo because it was perfect for just my husband and I. Comfy bed,nice sized deck with great views. I do recommend this condo for two people as long as you know the fridge is small, coffee pot small, etc. Washer/dryer are normal size. We would stay here again.One note: the beach service was odd. I went to the chairs at the end of the boardwalk of the condo and settled in. Attendant later came to get room# and told me I was on wrong side - he had some rentals at my condo but not my room pointing to the other chairs further away from the condo. He nicely told me to not move that day. Next time I did go to other further away chairs next day and was told that attendant didn't have my room I only had one day on the beach.Note: There's a new restaurant right next door that has a great menu and a fun casual atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t decide whether to call it a “con-don’t” or a condo - minimum. Paper thin walls (thankfully no neighbors until the last night but the walls were so thin we could hear their thoughts) and outlets in the main room were so loose nothing would stay plugged in. Balcony furniture had a bar height table and short chairs so it was hard to eat outside, but no place inside to eat unless it was on the bed. It was clean enough and they did get back to us pretty quickly when we had a question. Thought we rented the whole suite but apparently not. View from balcony was nice. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but definitely not the best either.

Anniversary trip

Very nice property, the room was nice. I really enjoyed the balcony after the being on the beach all day. The only issue we had was a family was next door and their child screamed loudly (not normaly kid stuff) for hours for 2 days and you couldn't sleep. There was a door between the rooms and may be why. Otherwise, we had a good time.

The unit was not in good condition. The sheets were stained, water drip in the bathroom, tub didn’t drain properly, shower liner was dirty, refrigerator needed defrosting. We will not stay here again.

We could only stay for 2 nights, but the next time (and there will be a next time) we will extend that to many more days. Location and view exceeded all expectations. The only downside was having to buy sunscreen at the mini-market (and that was our fault)... We loved this place!!!
