Just what you need at the beach

I love the location of Waters Edge and that it has a parking garage. We loved being on the 3rd floor and having parking close and the car stays out of the hot sun. The Condo has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay at the beach.

Great view, great access to beach

We loved this condo and everything about it! Three view is beautiful! Beach view and pool view. Our kids loved having their own little room. The only *minor* inconvenience that we had is i feel like toilet paper, paper towels etc should match the amount of days you will be staying when you pay so much to rent. Overall we would stay there again!! I would recommend to anyone!

Great ocean view - but dated furnishings

Condo was ready and very clean when we arrived. Instructions weren't really clear and where to park and gain access to unit. Third bedroom with bunkbeds was more like a closet. Furniture was worn and dated and sofas were lumpy. If you plan on cooking any meals, there are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, but fewer glassware. I was surprised there was no salt or pepper, so we had to purchase those.Overall, this was a good deal for the price in the off-season, and the condo was clean and vright. There is little to no sound-proofing between the units so youm can hear other people scraping chairs across the tgile floors or having loud conversations.

Vacation

The pool was great! The balcony was awesome, as well as the door access to the parking garage. This room has ample pots and pans, plus utensils. Great stay! AC worked amazing too(very important!)
