We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt place. I really liked the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to many food options and retail stores. We experienced excellent and welcoming customer service from the beginning to the end of our stay. Their breakfast and happy hour was a convenient addition to our stay. I did notice a centipede on our ceiling but I felt that may have been because we were located on the first floor. Other than that our stay was everything it needed to be and we will return anytime we are in the Fort Worth area. Thank you!

This was a great hotel. It’s super convenient to near shops and restaurants and right off the freeway. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was good. It would be nice if the breakfast lasted until 10 everyday at least during high peak months. It was hard getting my kids up and ready to eat by 9. Also, I couldn’t get the fridge to be cold and it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. My only complaint is that housekeeping did not come to our room. I had to ask two separate times. We did not have the do not disturb sign on so I’m not sure why our room was skipped. Other than that it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Nice hotel, it’s in a convenient area and the staff are wonderful. We definitely recommend to others!! We are relocating from New Mexico and even the apartments in the surrounding area are nice and clean.
