Apartment was very clean, had lots of space and new appliances, great location was able to walk to and from all the best neighborhoods in and around downtown Fort Worth. Only complaints were the shower water pressure was terrible, just above a trickle, and the front door to the apartment was so close to the main entrance to the building that it sounded like people were entering the unit every time somebody opened the door to the building. Not much you can do about the proximity of the apartment to the entrance but maybe a sound proof door would have been helpful because it was a bit jarring at times to wake up to.

The sheets had not only been previously slept in, they had glitter, body paint, and other stains. I did get switched to a new room immediately, thankfully. I was already pretty bummed out about very loud trains rolling by just outside the window. So, changing rooms to the other side of the building was greatly appreciated for two reasons! Otherwise, the rooms themselves and the location directly next to Trinity Park were amazing.

The room was advertised as having an exterior windows in both rooms and it did not. The couch was very small and very uncomfortable. The amenities such as the swimming pool and billiards room were difficult to find and in 2 different buildings with zero directions or signage on how to find them.

Great place to stay. The host gave detailed instructions making arrival and check in fast and easy. Very clean and comfy. Had several dining options available at walking distance.

Room was attractive and clean. Location was ideal. My corner afforded plenty of natural light. The absence of an elevator was problematic when carrying baggage up a set of exterior stairs. Didn’t understand the necessity of submitting a preregistration “mug shot” since there was no security or staff at the location.

This is a unique property. No front desk. Must register and do all the approvals prior to showing up. Must be able to climb steps of on second floor. But, the room was great, had all the amenities, was clean, and was appointed. I liked my stay.

The property with convenient and close to shopping, grocery stores, museums, and restaurants close to downtown Fort Worth as well. I absolutely loved it. The little loft department was so cute. Everything with up-to-date and it had awesome amenities.

not so great

apt was nice. new. but area is not so great. lots of homeless and undesirables. had to worry about this probably more of and issue with FT Worth just being a nasty city. had to worry about car getting broke into all night long.....and then... there was the train station that wasnt in the brochure... lol. not trains running by.... locomotives idling all hours of the night rumbling the apt. didnt sleep for nothing.... place is nice... but bring earplugs and drive a beater....

Comfortable stay

We loved the pool. Beautiful and a really great part of the stay. Apartment was roomy and comfortable. The common areas of the building could have been cleaner.
