“After I booked the hotel I received an email with check in instructons and a phone number. I was arriving at 1am so I wanted to verify it wasn’t a problem. I was informed it was a home stay and to call him when we arrived at the airport and that the time was fine. I called him and had a friend from India that was with us call on his phone. NO ANSWER AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS. After a long flight I arrive to no hotel at 1 am. I have to have a taxi driver take us to a airport hotel that was open.……

"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
