"I enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant. My bed was nice and comfortable. Thete was no microwave or refrigerator in the room which was odd considering we booked a king sized room. We asked for a microwave, the staff was kind and brought it in the room for us."

"The room smelt a bit damp. The water in the shower was not very hot. The sink drained slowly. The lobby is under construction and a temporary entrance is being used. The elevators can get busy and slow at peak times. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and generally clean."

"Our room was not ready at arrival (8pm ET). The rooms have no dresser or closet space to unpack for a long stay like ours. The shower doors would not stay closed which meant the floor would get extremely wet. Food services were time consuming as it appreared they were painfully understaffed. "
