「We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. 「The general ambiance of this older hotel was classy. It was not inexpensive, but I’ve stayed at several nearby motels, and I’ll be returning to Knott’s Hotel for my future trips when I have business in the area.」
