Great place for an extended weekend.

We enjoyed the house and its location. Usually we rent beachfront, but for this offseason visit, this house served us well. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and enjoyed the quite nature sounds. The neighborhood was very quiet in the offseason.

Great place $495 Host fee excessive

This is a great property and we enjoyed our stay. Our dog particularly enjoyed the dog doors so he could get in and out of the house We only stayed three nights so the host fee of $495 seemed a bit high.

Great beach house

This house is located at the end of cul de sac, very quiet and wooded property. Only 5 minutes from the beach and we had no trouble finding parking each day. One day we biked and it took 15 minutes. The bedrooms were comfortable and the common areas were just the right size for socializing.

Great, quiet location & well kept property with clean appliances. We had a few issues with linens not looking clean & one propane bottle was empty & one was only half full.

Just okay. Great neighborhood in a nice setting. Most of the furniture was nice. Not a lot of light in the house. Well appointed and the bedrooms were plenty big but the living space was pretty small. Needed a little refreshing in some of the rooms as they looked a little banged up.
