"This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!"

"We loved being able to walk to all the things we wanted to do in downtown Andes! This room is difficult to navigate due to the “attic”ceilings but it is unique as can be with many fun nooks and crannies. It was hard for my 6ft 2 husband. Hosts are fantastic and other rooms in the house would be perfect."

It was very clean and so conveniently located four minutes away. The air conditioner was cold for those hot days. The beds and couch are comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. "We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option.
