Spread out across a spacious layout designed for comfort, the main living area features vaulted ceilings, hardwood and stone floors, and a grand gas fireplace that becomes the centerpiece of winter evenings. Large windows frame sweeping mountain views, and a second living room on the lower level provides an additional place to unwind with a gas fireplace and space for relaxed downtime. The home includes WiFi, TV with standard cable, and areas well suited for quiet reading, games, or shared conversation.
Sleeping Arrangements
Five bedrooms offer room for families and groups. The main floor primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath with a jetted tub and a steam shower, and access to a private deck where you can step out into the cold morning air. Upstairs, two bedrooms each include a king bed and share a bathroom, while a nearby bedroom with a queen bed includes its own private bath. On the lower level, the bunk room features two twin-over-full bunk beds alongside a full bathroom and easy access to the second living room and game spaces.

The lower level hosts a game room with ping pong and foosball, offering plenty of indoor fun during snowy months. A children’s playroom stocked with books, toys, and games gives younger guests their own dedicated space. Set on a 4-acre lot backing to open space and trails, the property offers an expansive sense of privacy in a winter setting. After time spent exploring nearby snow-covered paths or enjoying the surrounding quiet, you can settle into the private hot tub, available year-round and open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A fire pit, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill are available for use when weather allows, and the private backyard provides room to enjoy the mountain environment.
