The staff was very professional and the continental breakfast was an actual breakfast. Very delicious with an employee working the breakfast the entire time. Property was extremely well maintained and clean.

Great place to stay with friendly staff who accommodated an early check in. The property appears to be a little older which is fine and had no bearing on our stay. It is to be noted that parking does get hectic the later you arrive. Overall a great stay!

Great place to stay!!

We traveled to Kerrville to attend the River Festival and stayed here! After a busy day we came back to a very clean and comfortable room. Our room was all we could ask and folks working there were helpful and courteous. Definitely would stay again!!

We did not eat so we can't rate the breakfast. However, the room was clean. It was freshly painted and new carpet and looked like it had been updated. The only thing that was an issue is that the commodes looked like they came from an elementary school. Very, very low and very small Overall though staff was friendly and welcoming.

We stayed one night with no problems. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The parking was good. They even have parking for large vehicles. The room was quiet and located near several restaurants. It was close to I-10 so it would be easy for an overnight while en route somewhere else. The staff was friendly and check in was the quickest and easiest I have ever had. Breakfast was good.

It was a great stay. Friendly staff and courteous. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Loved the personal balcony. Good on the cleanliness and maid service was prompt when needed. All around, we will stay here again for sure!

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would pay money for that. Staff super friendly, got our room cleaned early for us and let my kids swim in pool before room was even ready.

Great sleep

The bed was great. It was quiet. Fell right to sleep. Breakfast was good but the lady putting out food snapped at us for trying to get a roll even though they were already out. It was pretty rude and she could have asked in a nice way to wait. It was 6 minutes early. Just not super friendly staff. I think the were overworked.

They are doing construction. The carpets were dirty with Sheetrock dust on the carpets. The bathroom wall paper was pealing, cracks in walls and a dirty bathtub. We love Holiday Inn Express and won’t allow this one experience to taint our love for the chain but this place needs a lot of work. It’s time for an upgrade. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was as it always is - terrific.
