The Space:

Wonderful compound with back cottage that welcomes up to 12 guest. Plus 2 private hot tubs.



Main house (Ressman Haus): 4 bedrooms with 4 kings size beds with 3 full bathrooms

Back Cottage (Wagen Haus): 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed plus 1 sleeper sofa in the living room area with 1.5 bathrooms. Must climb stairs: there are stairs in the cottage that lead up to the loft area where the bedroom is located.



- The hot tub at the guesthouse (Wagen Haus) has been temporarily removed from the listing until further notice and is not available for guest use during stays, as we are awaiting a new pump. The hot tub at the main house remains fully operational.



*No Dishwasher in both main house and back cottage

Guest Access:

Our guests have full access to the entire home plus back cottage (Wagen) , and have full access to their own private hot tub .

You are a short drive to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property does allow children/infants.



- Pets are NOT allowed.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
