"This place is a hidden gem! I've never experienced anything like it. I dont want to give too much away because i feel like they don't know what they have. Amazing view of downtown in an apartment type setting. This place isn't like a traditional hotel, it is my favorite place downtown. "

"Had to wait an hour after check-in time to get our room. We walked in and the lobby was full of guests with luggage waiting for their room. I walked up to the desk and they got my last name and told me the rooms weren't ready because they were sold out the night prior due to the Journey concert and rooms were sold out the night I was staying due to the Three Days Grace concert and they can only flip rooms so quickly. Told me to take a seat and it would be 15-20 minutes. An hour later my name was called to get my room. A gentleman before me asked if they could have an extra hour before checkout, free parking, or drink tickets to make up the time and the lady said no we can't do anything for you it is what it is. We got to the room and it was fine/average. The shower wasn't very clean and they only gave us 1 bath towel. The bar was nice in the lobby but overpriced. Only good thing was the convenience to the arena."

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. There was a very strong smell in the hallways but it never got in our room and didn’t affect our stay. "

"Parking is a headache. Construction being done around hotel which make access to parking garage difficult. Was put on the side of hotel where construction was taking place. So our trip that was for leisure was not good since the construction started at 7am. Very loud! Our parking ticket for the car did not work for our stay so every time in and out of the hotel we had to call for assistance to lift the gate. "

"Beautiful Lobby, convenient to many walkable venues, restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to the Incline from here and the point park. "
