“This guest home is located on the lower level of the host’s home close to the entrance to Garden of the Gods. It was clean and comfortable with many special touches. The living room has a beautiful view of the mountains, Pikes Peak, and occasional grazing mule deer. Check-in and check-out was easy and well communicated by the host. The host was nice, responsive to any questions, and also provided recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Definitely recommend this property.”

“I came to COS to visit my son stationed at Ft. Carson. The location was perfect for all of our adventures that weekend. About 20 mins from base and 20 mins or less to lots of attractions and places to explore. The apt. was clean , which was very pleasant since most places I’ve rented have been dirty in some way and I’ve had to clean before I could enjoy myself, but not here!!! That in itself made this place great! The owners were super nice and responded quickly with any questions I had. The……
