Great little place

This place is perfect for a quick little getaway plenty of room for two and kids on the pull out couch. Quick walk to Main Street and the lake can’t wait to come back during the summer!

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our week long stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Nicely appointed kitchen. Nice bathroom Great location close to several ski resorts.

Great place!

This property is great for two people. Well stocked with basics (salt & pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) Really clean. Great space for two people. Pull-out couch is not great - like most pull-out couches, but that was our only complaint. Loved the location.

Nice spot in a great location. Easy to walk to Main Street Frisco, the Breck shuttle stop, or get on the highway to go elsewhere.

Good location lacking a few items

Location was good for skiing at Copper Mountain, however, the property is not fully equipped. The walkway Was covered with snow there was no shoveled for us to clear it. The manager knew, but it was not taken care during stay. The kitchen lacked a complete set of dishes.

Great location and cozy stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this condo conveniently located off Main St. Easy to walk to dinner, shopping and our favorite places. Also we enjoyed walking to hiking trails nearby to take in the beautiful fall colors. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed, and the wifi worked well for remote work. The only thing we missed was access to regular TV to tune in to Sat morning GameDay and college football games as we were lounging. However, there were all the apps to watch including Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. Great value compared to many other properties we looked at.

Reviewer Comments: Almost a perfect vacation rental, but as others have mentioned the lack of air conditioning is a huge minus (even when it is still snowing). We wound up leaving the windows open, but as this is a ground floor apartment on a busy street, we didn’t feel comfortable doing this all night and the room would heat up when the windows were closed. I’d imagine it gets quite hot in the Summer Months. Other than that one complaint everything else was great (though next time we will bring our own shampoo and conditioner as the ones they provide are of very low quality)

Small, clean, well stocked

My son and I stayed for a short ski trip. Location was wonderful easy to get to local shops and mountains.While the condo was well stocked and very clean communication with the host was either not answered at all or I was told they would get to it when they could (in reference to shoveling the walkways) We arrived at night and there is terrible lighting outside the units and the side walk was thick with snow and ice. By the time we found our unit parking spot and the actual unit itself our boots and rollerbags were soaked. The double bed is uncomfortable and there is no TV in the bedroom, which is fine but just something to note if you are looking for that.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and clean but on the 2nd day the property manager came by because the neighbors smelled gas and I lost my sense of smell a few years ago and didn't notice other than I had a headache, assume it was from the gas. I would check recomend except the gas issue

We could easily walk or ride our bikes to Main Street where we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants and shops! The bike paths, mountain hikes, and the beach were close by as well. The condo provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our only non-5 rating would be because the bed wasn’t as comfortable for us as we would have liked. However, we are in the over 60 age bracket and after 3-4 hr hikes and bike rides each day, our aches were letting us know the bed wasn’t what we were used to😉 Overall, the condo was just right for us and the great communication/customer service was very much appreciated! Thank you Summit Mtn Rentals!
