"We have stayed at this Holiday Inn probably10 times or more. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming and professional. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The free breakfast provided is a hot breakfast with several dishes. Pancakes or waffles are available along with cold cereal or hot oatmeal. Coffee is nice and hot or you can choose apple, cranberry or orange juice. There are pastries like muffins and cinnamon rolls for a quick snack. For healthier options- apples, bananas and yogurts are available as well. The grounds are always clean. The outdoor patio is clean, comfortable and has a fireplace to enjoy during cooler weather. No pets are allowed except for service animals. I appreciate this because I’m allergic to both cats and dogs. There is a an indoor heated pool that our grandson enjoys taking advantage of. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping and the town square in the heart of Prescott. We highly recommend booking your next stay at the Holiday Inn. "
