“Location was convenient to everything and building was super secure.”

“A lovely place.”

“There is no parking at the apartment. You must find a spot along the road which might not be in front of apartment”

“Apartment was as described. Clean, walking distort downtown and parks. Enjoyed stay. Easy communication with host. ”

“Excellent property! Clean and well appointed. There was everything you could need within a 5 min drive radius. Communication was excellent. There was a fire alarm battery beeping when we arrived and they addressed it very quickly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!”

“Our stay in Portland was great. Ride & Shine accommodations were great. The unit was clean and met our expectations, the location was perfect for us. We were able to explore the area in Portland. Rise & Shine hosts were great - their communication was great, they explained the check-in and check-out process and were attentive to our needs. We highly recommend others looking for a place to stay in Portland, ME.”

Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you……

The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End. Rudy, the host, responds quickly, finds immediate solutions, and he is very kind and compassionate. I have difficulties navigating the staircases due to my aching hips and knees, but Rudy went……

There is no smoking or vaping allowed but you sure can smell it from downstairs. Also the super……
