Someone takes you to your room and shows you around. The gardens are beautiful. The buffet was delicious. And the Onsen room was.fantastic. "

"Amazing place by the lake with excellent views. Room was a good size with a sofa and a balcony overlooking the lake. Very peaceful, near the two gondolas and Hakone Shrine."
