"Slight hiccup initially of getting a room with car park view instead of a lake view room which I had booked and paid for in advance. But they changed the room on the second day of my stay (I stayed there for 3 nights in total). Food is good and the onsen was nice too . "Will 100% be recommending this to everyone we know. This place was INCREDIBLE. The dinner/breakfast presentations are vast and delicious, the spas are stunning, and the staff was absolutely wonderful.
