"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The free shuttle bus between the hotel and train station is worth knowing about before you arrive! It was a perfect location for exploring the historical areas in Kanazawa. We had a Japanese style room which had novelty for us, plenty of space and comfortable; although sleeping on a futon is “firm” so perfect for a short stay."
