The apartment location is good, walking distance to Hakata station, is easy to travel around. Please note that the check in reception is at different place which is about 15 mins walk from Hakata station.

The room was fine. But the check-in was in a completely different location. I didn't expect to have to walk around for 30-40 minutes in order to check-in. If you're staying for multiple days, maybe that's okay. But for a quick overnight, this was a very inconvenient arrangement. I will not stay here again.

This place was clean and spacious! The only problem I had here was when the wifi didn't connect as often. Other than that, it was amazing for its price.

Clean and comfortable but not 2 full beds as we booked. One full and one futon on the floor. We had to play Tetris to move the furniture in order to lay out the futon. Area is nice and quiet.

Convenient but lacking in communication
The room was just as described and even included some nice bonuses, like laundry detergent, extra towels, ironing equipment, and flatware, The bed was comfortable, the location was great, and overall it was a great place to stay. However, I tried to contact this place several times with no reply even once, and the instructions about the different location for check-in should have been more clearly posted instead of the very last sentence of the reservation information (though that's partially on me for not reading thoroughly). I would highly recommend this place but only if you have no reason to need to get in touch in advance and don't mind that the check-in location is extremely difficult to find with no way to contact them if you get lost. The communication was absolutely terrible, but at least once we were there and found the (very well-hidden) check-in location, everything went great!

No pots and pans. Location isn't great.
Check in is quite a walk away and is inconvenient for those with lots of luggage. There are no pots/pans or cooking utensils despite the in room guide stating you can use it. We were disappointed as we couldn't cook, expecting we could do so as it was advertised as an apartment. It is not a hotel.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience at all. First of all price is not cheap as a three star hotel , I paid 900 something Hong Kong dollar on the first night , on the second night I paid for 1400 something Hong Kong dollars and I got exactly same size of the room however it shows size of the room is bigger than the first night. I complained to the hotel but what they explained it’s make me feel like they are making an excuse. Secondly, when I booked on the Expedia app, what I selected was two double bed , eventually what I got is one double bed with a mattress on the floor. I asked why would that happened, the hotel explained all of their room had only one bed , they never had two beds on any room. This reason is not acceptable. Thirdly, I wanted to complain about the check in location. Why would the hotel check-in location will be another 10 minutes driving distance or 20 minutes walking distance? The app or the hotel did not mention that clearly enough to the clients they will need to check in another location. It’s waste the time of the client to head to another location to check in. I will not recommend this hotel or either use Expedia anymore .

Everything is in place except that no air conditioning nor heater in room. Maybe they just turn it off during winter. But it was late and I dont want to bother talking with their staff in English.

Worst Hotel Experience
1st off I've stayed at a variety of Hotels in Japan and this by far was the worst experience. 1st off the earliest you can check in is 5pm and if you want the Property Management Office to keep your luggage it's $10 per each. 2nd this is not an actual Hotel, you have to go to a Property Management Office which is about 20mind away which is very inconvenient. 3rd off the bed was dirty and also if you're attempting to use anything in the room it's all in Japanese with the instruction manual in Japanese. Lastly trying to contact the Hotel/Property Management company for assistance is near impossible.

Very disappointed that this is not a hotel. It is a guest hse. Cheated by the name! No one contact us face to face from beginning till ending. The property is right under residential area. Clean and quiet environment. Nothing much around the area except mini store. Short distance walk to Hakata subway. Not worth the price!!!

Most horrible accommodation. It's not even a hotel
Most horrible place ever. Location is very poor in the wierd hidden corner. It's not even a hotel, no lobby no staff. Just a mailbox for you to open to access your room key which staff do not even know how to direct you on the combination! After 15mins of struggling I put my hand into mailbox to dig out they key causing my hand to bleed and scrapped. Not even a compensation from hotel. Staff even ask me to throw the key back into mailbox after I get out of hotel to guide me again how to open mailbox thereafter. How ridiculous does that sounds Floor what wet and slippery, my son fell at entrance twice hurting himself. Bed mattress is horrible I could feel the spring when lying down and room is nothing like in photo. There is no proper direction on how to go to the hotel nor website Their instruction to open the mailbox to retrieve the key is thru email sent after 12pm on check in date!!! Expect everyone to have email access on the go???? It is not even a hotel. It is an apartment which looks to rent out illegally! There are residences in the apartment

住宿和櫃檯是不同地方
沒有特別注意入住跟櫃檯在不同地方，雖然才一公里但來回行李大包小包的，走得很累～覺得飯店應該要多強調這點。 另外冷氣不知為何不能運轉～

常連として残念。
このレジデンスホテル博多1は非常に使い難い。鍵の受け取りダイヤル式ポストが明けられず、外国人が困っていた。また同ホテルのアメニティグッズやミネラルウォーターも清掃員が置き忘れており、何もなかった。帰りの鍵の返却ポストも壊れて開いており、非常に無防備状態。テレビのリモコンも電池無し。

Actually I wasn't aware that it need to check in at another site, so I was embarrassed at first. But it is good for the other side, considering its price. Especially I was satisfied with the check-in steff who can support Korean. And I liked it near to the station too.

第二次來福岡再次入住，因為步行至博多車站大約幾分鐘路程，附近有兩間便利店,喜歡有洗衣機微波爐及浴室有浴室寶，方便洗衣服並且早上衣服就全乾了，唯一缺點床轉身時候有点聲音，公寓應該需要改善床的問題

More of an apartment than a hotel. Lots of space and a very modern interior with a nice bath and a lifesaver in the form of a washing machine. A bit pricy on the weekend, but you get a lot for the money. Check-in at a seperate location and very limited check-in times is a minus, but check-out is quick and easy.
