“Beautiful location”

“Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. They didn’t have another room to offer due to……

“Do not stay at Garden City Inn. The reviews and photos online do not accurately reflect the state of the property. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the room was not clean, and upper management does not care about your experience. I cut my stay short due to the dirty conditions of the room (soap scum and dirt in the shower, hair on the floor and towels) and how uncomfortable the bed and sheets were. “We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“They really are helpful staff they went the extra route for my request for a very clean room they had housecleaning stop by everyday changed my sheets everyday and cleaned up I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of it all . The properties amenities were great clean easily accessible and the customer service was impressive. They were quick and efficient with every request I had and most importantly the location was spectacular the beach access had chairs provided and the restaurant in the……

“I loved the location and it was very easy to get around and close to tons of attractions as well as the beach. The hotel was very clean and I really loved that and staff were very attentive to our guest needs. The only thing that I did not like were the stairs to get up to the second level as it would not be ideal for elderly visitors.”
