“ The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is……

“Staff are amazing, room are clean and very comfortable.”

“Cozy room, helpful staff. The room seems clean but ants will come in to give you troubles if you put donuts on the table for a night.”

“Staff were helpful, but their open hours were limited. Power outlets did not work except for only one. Sink was clogged on the first day. Blanket under one of the two beds was stained and hidden under. The opening of electric water boiler/kettle was broken and unable to open; used the small opening to pour in water to still utilize. Used “do not disturb” sign for all days there as we preferred for our room to not be entered by house keeping for personal reasons; on of those days, I found out……

“The property was okay however it did not have an elevator so my mother was unable to stay there.”

“No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.”

“I have no choice to leave bad comment to this unit. Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen. It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay... And the wifi cannot be connected . Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look. Very……
