「They lobby was locked and could not get to the vending machine. it was supposed to be beachfront and it was not it was one street over.」

「It would have been nice to know in advance that there would be no beach access due to the drainage/pipes all along the beach. Not even when we checked in we were not told anything. We didn’t get beach access until our last day. Very disappointed.」

「The beach was under construction during our stay, which certainly wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the crew worked around the clock making it hard to sleep sometimes. Had to go to the desk & trade our dirty towels for clean ones, they don’t provide housekeeping services or bring clean towels to the room. Not a bad place, just wanted something cheap on the beach & that’s what we got」

「We was there Saturday Sunday and Monday night there was no hot water the front desk was notified no one came and checked it also it looked like they was doing some remodeling but it was awful if the room was supposed to be painted How about finishing it Whycharge people resort fees clearly that's a Motel not even a Hotel please refund that 45 dollars extra that you charged So I won't recommend No one stay there until you finish the remodeling or tell the truth about what you are doing to...

「If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left...
