「The hotel was truly amazing. The location was perfect right in the middle of old town next to restaurants and a 5 min walk from the river front. The patio area was nestled in the middle of the hotel and felt like a breath of fresh air. The service was great they were extremely attentive. I also sprained my ankle and asked for some ice they had someone bring it in mins in a sealed bag so I can ice my ankle truly great hotel」

「I arranged for rwo rooms on Expedia as I could not access the hotel's direct site and calls were not answered. We were already staying in Madeira and our flights were cancelled due to high winds. When we arrived at 430pm we were informed that the rooms needed to be cleaned and we would be contacted. Our friends using room #1 were contacted the next hour of their room being ready. We approached the lobby desk three times to ask about our second room, we were told the first time that the room...

「Stayed here for a week during my recent solo travel to Madeira, and aside from the friendly staff, the clean facilities and the included daily buffet-style breakfast, the convenience of its location was what stood out for me the most: it's somehow both in a quiet neighbourhood and less than 10 minutes of walk away from the seaside and the marina, probably 5 minutes away from many local, non-touristy dining options and shops. For travellers who prefer or are used to extras like on-site massages...

「Rooms were clean. Air conditioning shuts off during the day to conserve energy however takes a couple hours to cool the room when returning.」

「A very good hotel with an excellent breakfast and great amenities. The room we stayed in—located on the floor 0 felt a bit dated; upon entering, there was a noticeable stale odor. In the evenings, there is wonderful live music in the bar and a very pleasant atmosphere. It is an adults-only hotel, though I would say its 55+. I recommend it for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!」

「Positives - Our room was on the 6th floor which has an amazing view out to the Atlantic! - The bed was comfortable - The air con was good. - Shower was good. - Enjoyed our time at the lower level sea water pool and great to have sea access. - Nice bar staff at the lower level pool. Negatives - Really poor soundproofing in the room, we heard stomping around from upstairs at all different hours of the day, you can hear people using the bathroom taps/showers.
