Herzlichkeit pur

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Maria ist eine fantastische, herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Zimmer ist klein, jedoch hat man im großen Garten die Auswahl zwischen verschienenen gemütlichen Sitzplätzen, was wir sehr genossen haben. Auch ein tolles Frühstück wird geboten, wenn man möchte. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank befindet sich im Nebengelass, so dass wir nichts vermisst haben. Die Nähe zur Altstadt und zu verschiedenen Buslinien ist unschlagbar. Dagegen kann man dann im Garten herrlich nach den Tageswanderungen entspannen und lässt den Trubel von Funchal mit Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer hinter sich. Maria hat eine große Leidenschaft für ihre Schokoladenmanufaktur. Alles Gute, liebe Maria.

Perfect stay in Marias Paradise!

My stay at Marias place was simpy awesome! The room itself was pretty cosy and comfortable, also clean and new. A great experience there has been, so sit on your own little terrace with a wonderful view in the garden and just enjoy your time. And even more the garden is arraged like a small park in different floors, which makes it even more beautiful. I've discovered every day a new exotical plant, herb, flower. Another great thing ist, that Maria has her own little "chocolate factory", where she loves to invite and explain you her passion of making and producing chocolate. Even more we had great trips in the montains and I've got plenty of informations about Madeira itself, the culture and kinda everything what I've wanted to know. It was an lovely stay where I've enjoyed my time a lot and looking forward to stay there again, when I visit Madeira next time! Thanks, Maria!
