Costa do Sol, a Home in Madeira

Costa do Sol is a spacious apartment for families or groups of up to four in the Lido area — with two large balconies and its own free parking, a few minutes' walk from the Promenade, restaurants and shops.

The apartment measures 110 m² and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies with a total area of 42 m².

It also includes a refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, fans, Wi-Fi, a TV with international and children's channels, among other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is in Funchal's main tourist district, next to the Lido.

A few minutes' walk away there are several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.

It is 250 m from the Monumental Experience shopping centre and 600 m from the Lido bathing complex and the Promenade do Lido.

Services, places of interest and bus stops are within easy walking distance. The airport Aerobus stops 250 m from the building entrance.

By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island.

The property is in a high-density residential area with shops and services, where there may be traffic noise, which is reduced by closing the windows.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
