Uptown 13 apartment

Great location, the apartment is beautiful clean and spacious very comfortable bed set in a quiet residential area with everything nearby like supermarket, shopping centre not for from the old town, we rent a car to get around the island and the location was perfect we can just pick up the highway and go to the beach or anywhere in no time at all. From the airport is only 20 minutes drive.

Freezing cold water and no assistance/ response provided

The apartment itself is lovely however the lack of hot water made the visit miserable. I got sick from taking cold showers and our plans were interrupted as we needed to swap when we took showers as there was enough hot water for one shower in the am and one in the pm. Our showers were 15 mins or less. When I reached out to the host they explained the type of water heater but also is house cover 4 showers. This was not the case so I reached back out but never had a reply from the host. I reached out to Marriottt who informed me the host told them we were running the dishwasher and laundry Which was not happening so they lied. No one every came to check the heater. No reply. Nothing and the worse part was I had to go to the hospital I got so sick.

Appartment war ausgezeichnet. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine war plötzlich da, vielen Dank dafür. Es fehlten kleine Schalen für Nachtisch oder Salat z.B.Die Art des Ambieters "An Island Apart: noch bei dem letzten mail Kontakt Ausflugsmöglichleiten anzubieten ist mehr als störend.
