The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for six. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a single bed, while the second and third one has double beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Funchal is the capital city of Portugal's Madeira archipelago. It's backed by hills and known for its harbour, gardens and Madeira wine cellars. The centuries-old Funchal Cathedral, which mixes Gothic and Romanesque styles, is notable for its carved wooden ceiling. Fronting the harbour is the São Tiago Fortress, built in the 1600s. It now houses the Contemporary Art Museum, with an extensive collection of Portuguese works.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Jardins de Sta Luzia, is just a 2-minute walk.
Madeira airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
