"They had problems with their system and still going on. very difficult check in process. they lost the booking. booked again. charged. then during check out they insisted that they couldn't provide an invoice although we paid directly to the hotel. Front desk person insisted that we didn't know the process. After contacting Expedia, Expedia also confirmed that hotel has to send invoice. their supervisor also confirmed but still no invoice. they keep sending wrong check out information. too much waste of time. Rooms were not very clean and house keeping was not good. "

"Room was nice, clean and properly serviced. Checkin\checkout was seamless and staff was great. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options. Overall a good stay and would consider going back."

"The staff and room were great. The parking isn't awesome - its a little complicated but once you are there for a couple days its all pretty simple. I was pretty disappointed with the pool being closed. I think hotels should update their postings or adjust pricing when their main amenity is not functioning. I stayed for the pool and it was unfortunately closed for maintenance. Outside of that - it was a great stay. Close to restaurants and Brossard is a great city!"

"A very seasoned motel with a very fair pet surcharge of $ 10.- We liked that we could open the windows, had a sofa in it and that there is a long grassed strip on the opposite side of the motel. Would book it again. "
