Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located for an event at Parc Chanot.」

「The room was spacious and very comfortable with top notch interior design. The service was also impeccable from the valet service to the check in orientation and the breaksfast buffet. Walking distance to center of Aix. Better than the Ritz.」

「Very enjoyable and relaxing two night stay in this historic accommodation. Somewhat small room but nicely decorated with good bathroom. The outside areas are lovely and comfortable. Feels like rural setting but close to access roads and only 10 minute drive into city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t get to use outdoor pool but it looked very nice. 」

「マルセイユ駅から徒歩15分、道をまっすぐ進むだけなので簡単にたどり着けて良かったです。 レセプション前にはウォーターサーバーがあり、いつでも利用できます。 部屋はコンパクトですが、ツインルームをシングルユースしたので、ひとりで泊まるぶんにはちょうど良かったです。 ふたりで泊まると、荷物を置く場所がないので、狭いと思います。 ヘアドライヤーはレセプションで借りることができるし、紙コップももらえるし、タオルが追加で必要な場合もリクエストすれば対応してくれるので、私は快適に滞在することができました。 アメニティや備品の充実を求める人には向いてないかも知れません。 スタッフはいつも笑顔で親切だし、またマルセイユに来たら利用したいです。 」
