「We had a lovely stay. Location was central to sites we enjoyed (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots. We also found some great food in the Listarria area. Gelato across street was perfection. The service at the hotel is great (we splurged for a massage as well -ah nice). We really enjoyed food at breakfast and for 3 dinners (roof top setting was beautiful). Everyone was so helpful. The library...

「If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

A pretty good location; 10 minutes walk to the top 2 Santiago attractions: Cerro Santa Lucia and Cerro San Cristobol, and 5 minutes walk to the charming Lastarria neighborhood.The roof top cafe serve decent food, but with limited choices. The included breakfast had somewhat limited choices, but of high quality. The vintage building has some charming decor.」
