Great stay.

This hotel was very clean, spacious and the bed was a king size and sooo comfortable. Not to hard! We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Best place around super clean!

Staff and hotel is perfect! I’ve stayed at almost every hotel there is and this place is always my go to! Managers reception with free drinks and what they call snacks is amazing. We had it for our dinner and left full. Meatballs, potatoes, veg medley, soup, hot dogs etc…food changes but always great imo.

My room was clean and comfy. Despite signs everywhere advising of renovations, the hallways and common areas were clean. The staff is amazing and friendly in their attitude and helpfulness!

Staff was very friendly and efficient….however I did have to go down twice because the key cards wouldn’t work. We also had a room with an apparent leak in the ac because there was a literal mushroom growing out of the carpet! I didn’t know such a thing was possible. Water constantly leaked from the bathtub faucet but the shower pressure was good. Most likely will not make a return to this hotel as there are quite a few other options in the same area.

Wedding party

This is one of the most cleanest hotels I have stayed in. We had a we’d party and needed to be in close proximity. They went out of there way and got us all 3 rooms next to each other. There's a Cracker Barrel next door to them but our rooms come with free breakfast. After eating breakfast at the hotel the whole group was glad we ate there because Cracker Barrel could have not been any better. Thanks for being so kind at check in.

Fix the TV entertainment systems

The room had 2 TVs and both would not turn off. We had to try to sleep with the TV on. The light was frustrating and kelt us awake.

I enjoyed checking in, the process was efficient and we got to our rooms in time to enjoy the pool. Pool was freezing but it’s April 1st. It’s to be expected. The hot tub was warm, not hot. The breakfast was good, as usual for holiday inns. I always enjoy the stay at one, but this one in particular had hard and uncomfortable beds. That was disappointing.

Elevator not working on final day had to carry luggage down 3 floors, maid never cleaned rooms or gave us fresh towels and very noisy people screaming and running around the hall at 11:00 pm
