Guests have the entire apartment to themselves.

While The Hodges Turret Apartment is located on the same property as the Camellia Rose Inn, it is not part of the Bed & Breakfast package unless specifically arranged with the Inn. Guests can reach out to the Inn if they would like to add breakfast at an additional cost, but the apartment has a full kitchen and coffee maker for our guests' convenience.
Please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure (i.e. weather related, health related, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you. Thanks! And we hope that nothing would come up that would interfere with the trip, but we want to make sure you're covered just in case.
If no insurance policy is purchased, we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated.
