“This house is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the UF campus and easy to get to. There is a lot of room in the house so you never feel cramped, but it's cozy enough that you can have quality family time on your getaway. We frequently visit the area for some Gator Baseball and will plan on rebooking this property throughout the season. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was furniture is not plus size friendly. Very much dorm style furnishings. We had a group of 12. 6 kids ages 4-10 The kids loved it. Each had their own bunk bed. They loved the games and the yard was large and fenced in. Every room had TV so we could separate the kids as needed. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. We would highly recommend this rental. Jared was very responsive and attentive.”

“Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so……

“This place was ideal for our stay while taking care of our brother at Shands Hospital. It was in close proximity to the hospital, restaurants, grocery shopping and pretty much anything else you'd need. I love older properties as they each have their own unique character. The real wood floors in this place are gorgeous and the memory foam mattress in the master was very comfortable. It had all the comforts of home, easy access and Danny the host was very responsive when we needed him. I'd……
