「Great hotel in a great area of Madrid. The hotel staff and amenities were perfect. The hotel is located in a great area of the city within walking distance to great places. Also really appreciate how helpful the hotel staff was from providing a converter (mine stopped working) to giving restaurant suggestions,」

「I stayed in “The Level room” and service room staff was incredible. But for any reason the didn’t gave me the room in that lever for one night and they didn’t compensate the shift.」

「Hotel layout Quite a big difference with photos provided, heater only in the room so hot that can’t sleep. Small window facing a wall with pipe, Corridor is so dark like a love hotel. However Hotel location is convenient, credit on that. Hotel staff is friendly」

「Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel 」

「I do not recommend this place at all, it does not look as good as the pictures. Needs major maintenance and renewal. Elevators are gross and discusting, the rooms are old and bad. Avoid this place if possible.」
