“Good location, helpful staff. The breakfast was good too. The air in the room seemed a little damp, but they had boxes of dehumidifiers and new A/C units in one of the halls, so I think they were in the process of replacing them.”

“Host was great about reaching out in advance of our arrival. The rental was clean and well taken care of. Great for a family stay (we had 2 adults and four kids and fit great). Plenty for the kids to do and a great mid point between the Ark Experience and Creation Museum. The only negative for us is sensitivity to pet dander. The rental was very clean but the various couch fabrics and rugs retained enough to make it a little stuffy for us. It wasn't too bad, but something to consider if you have……

We paid for early arrival to watch the earliest of the games. When we arrived the TV was broken. Neat Suites could not get us a working TV for 32 hours. It was supposed to be delivered, installed and tested. Instead Walmart just dropped it at the door. We had to install it ourselves.
