“The Gridley House is gorgeous! It is exactly as pictured and a pleasure to stay in. Everything was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and the outdoor patio and balcony are perfect for morning coffee and tea. The atmosphere is comforting and the surroundings are picturesque. You will not find another house or property in the area quite like this one. This estate has it all! History, beauty, spacious...truly……

“Home away from home. Rickie was great at communication. He even went out of his way to provide us with life jackets for us not so good swimmers for kayaking. Very clean home. (We would have recommend “no plug ins and fragrances” because my husband is severely allergic, but after airing out the house and blankets it was a wonderful stay. We spent a lot of time on the dock and by the fire pit. (Note that the hill is steep going to the dock) We would stay again and recommend this place for any……

“This is more than just a cozy cottage. It had a great upstairs layout with a centralized kitchen and living room then the downstairs had an awesome game room and movie room. The rooms were all clean floors are all swept and mopped. The only minor things that I could say would be just some slight updating where the paint was damaged, replacing one set of mini blinds in the front bedroom and maybe the porch step on the front side of the driveway, it's just a little high for old knees lol.”

“Awesome experiance, check in smooth, great communication, clean. Nice deck, used often, could view the kids playing on playground. Kids enjoyed pool. Cooked breakfast daily, would be easier with non stick fry pan, but overall great relaxi g experience. ”
