「Paolo and Alessandro and the entire staff went out of their way to help in any way possible. Always made wonderful restaurant suggestions and knew the area well. Made great suggestions regarding sightseeing. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location and very private. 」

「We loved this place! It was a great choice in a bustling city. Service was great & everyone was so welcoming. The only negative was the thin walls & the beeping keyless entry to each room. While a great feature, if you have neighbors who go in & out of their rooms, it can be irriatating.」

We basically had two separate bedrooms - my wife and I slept in one with the baby in the provided crib and the 3 older children all had single beds in the other room with the kitchen. Both rooms had a full bath. Table and chairs, small refrigerator, hot water kettle, cooktop, sink, and tableware all included. Only complaint is could have used a microwave. 「This is a beautifully restored building with cozy, well decorated rooms. The private spa was incredible with the large jetted tub and a waterfall as well as the sauna. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful open air square. I wish we could have stayed longer.」
