Great location
Great locaton on the beach. Beach is not crowded. Close to main attractions while still being quiet enough to sit on the deck and listen to the waves at night.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was bright, spacious, clean, and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. There was a tiny snafu at check in, but the host was extremely responsive and it was resolved as quickly as possible. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

My lady friends & i vacation in Galveston every year. This was a nice house for a large or small group. Beach was not crowded at all & actually had seashells! The owner was very friendly. We had a very relaxing vacation.

Nice area
The property was mostly as described with a great beachfront location. It was also very clean. However, it needs a few updates. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom have several broken slats, allowing for little privacy and sun blockage. Also, the sliding glass door doesn't close all the way on the bottom, letting in the hot air. The dining table located on the balcony is completely missing the top, so essentially, it is not a table. Overall a good stay, but could use some new blinds and outdoor furniture.

House was large enough and great location.
We loved the house. We originally rented for 3 nights but decided to stay 1 more. It was quickly taken care, of. There is an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. PERFECT. No a lot of people and no vehicles. Will definitely stay again if we decide to come back.

Spring Break
Our stay started out rocky, but the owner came through, made repairs and corrected the things that were a problem. Great location, very nice wide beach. Quiet, and peaceful. House is well equipped, and comfortable.

Awesome family getaway
When it came to the process, it was really easy, the owner was easy to talk to and to communicate with. The location is amazing, enough space for everyone, loved the view, and access to the beach. Very well stocked with essential things, and we felt very comfortable that we added a extra day, thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home. We will be back in the future.

Overall a great weekend, loved the view and the beachfront location, the kids had a blast. The house could have been an Aplus with a bit of attention. No tv as advertised in the kids room, only 2 burners worked on stovetop . Most of the mugs chipped. We had to drive 17 miles into town and buy beach chairs, manager refused to supply ‘due to COVID’ although several heavier chairs on patio so logic escapes . But we did have a great weekend

Very Nice Rental
This is the second stay for us at this home. It was squeaky clean on our arrival. Kudos to housekeepers the owner is using. The house is in a great location, is nicely furnished and is recently painted with updated flooring and counters. Really nice vacation choice and right on the beach!

This beach house is in need of much work. The electrical connections in the main room downstairs were out. The maintenance man said it was really needing alot of work so he put an extension cord across the main entrance to the house to get the TV working. Also he said that the door upstairs was rotten out so the air conditioning was not good. We were scared to open this door. So much for the deck. Also the dishwasher was not was not anchored to the cabinet so the bottom rack just rolls out on the floor. The house was too expensive for what you get in return.

Perfect getaway, steps from the beach!
We have a large family and the 10 of us fit comfortably in the house. There were more than enough items to use throughout the house (even in the shed to use at the beach). We brought our own but next time we know there is no need to. The master bedroom balcony sliding door is hard to open and close but the views from up there are great! The main balcony has great views as well and you are able to see your family (or friends) at the beach from it. Since there is no car access from that part of the beach, the beach is very private and feels like you own your own slice of the beach. Kids enjoyed night walks at the beach looking for crabs just to have fun. It was very quiet overall since it was a very private area. We travel a lot snd vacation a lot with family and friends. I can tell you the house was very clean (I would love to know the name of cleaning company) and the way it was presented it made us feel very welcomed. The owner/manager was very responsive when we contacted him. We recommend staying here for a nice and quiet getaway.

Location location location
The owner was very responsive to our needs. When we arrive the air conditioning system was out. We called the owner and within 45 minutes and maintenance man came to the property to check things out. Then the owner called an air-conditioning service and they were out within 30 minutes. Before my daughters family arrived the air-conditioning was working perfectly. I was so appreciative of the owners concern for our vacation. We will definitely consider renting this property again.

Great location. It is on the beach. When we were there, there were only a few people using this part of the beach. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the seawall. There were plenty of dishes, pots/pans, silverware. A set of towels for each guest was provided. There was toilet paper, and paper towel. There were detergent pods for the dishwasher and the washer. The dryer does not dry well at all. The master bedroom sliding door needs to be fixed. It was difficult to open and close. It would be nice to have a short wooden walkway to the beach, mainly because there is some vegetation to walk through on the way to the beach and apparently there’s snakes in the area. We did not see any. There was such a beautiful breeze coming in from the gulf, unfortunately there were only a couple windows with screens. There were also a couple windows that had screens but they were in pretty bad shape. We did open the windows anyway, thankfully no bugs were noticed in the house. Owner was immediately available when we called, had minor problem getting in the first time. Would definitely stay here again.
