Found the condo last minute for the long 4th of July weekend & had a great family trip! The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen & comfy beds. We loved the easy access to the pool & beach & appreciated it was a bit further away from the public beaches & tourist stuff.

Only negative is the check in process, the times on the email we’re written as after 4pm before 5pm, or must notify before 3pm or something ridiculous. Location awesome! Would go again but make sure you don’t hit traffic!

Shower would not get hot enough, realized on day 3 the part missing controlled the temp. We manually had to change it. The blinds did not work, they would not stay open so we had to use my hair clips to keep them up. Could not login to Wi-Fi, never got assistants with that. They were supposed to come check it out one day we stayed half a day in the apt to wait for them and no one showed up. Not a horrible experience but not what I expected. They didn't want you to use their towels outside of the unit. So we had to go to Walmart and grab some beach Towles. Last place I stayed provided those just for the pool. Security at entry were very nice and accommodating & plesant, especially Kevin.

Very nice and clean apartment. We had 4 adults and it was a little tight. King size bed takes up entire room. Very little room for suitcases or other personal items. Works for short stay. Balcony was nice. Good view of pool and ocean…..A couple more chairs would be nice. Beach just steps away and nice pool.

This condo was super cute for a girls weekend. The bunks, pullout couch, and bedroom were all great. The kitchen was well stocked and all of the linens were provided. The place is even more updated than the pictures. Access to the beach was very simple and the pool was also easily accessible. Check in was quick and easy on arrival. There are also showers to rinse off after coming off the beach. Things to note - The pool is small and can get crowded fast. It is also very noisy and open until 11pm. The staff was good about shutting the pool down at closing time, but if you want to go to bed before 11pm, be aware that it will be loud in the condo. The electronic penpad malfunctioned and we were locked out of our room. I had no luck getting ahold of any management to assist me. We had to resort to asking the security guard to help us and he was able to get us a new code. Had it not been for him, we could have been locked out indefinitely on a Friday night. One of the burners on the stove was not connected and the lights in the living room dimmed and flickered at odd times. There is a gas station walking distance for a few small essentials. The condo was stocked with salt and pepper, but no other basics like oil.

We chose this property for the beach access and it is family friendly. We had a wonderful time at the condo and on the beach. The pool was nice and the property location was away from the crowds but close enough to see the sites. My only complaint would be that there was no WiFi in this unit and I really needed it because I am taking online college classes. The cable did not work for the first day that we were there and the contract states that the customer will be charged for unnecessary repair calls. We were there to see the sites but the kids wanted a little tv downtime at the end of the day. With no wifi, the lack of cable was an issue for a couple of people in our group. But I would absolutely stay there again. We all really enjoyed our stay.
