「All very good. Only thing: there should be body lotion and hair conditionner in the room. Also, checkout time is noon. Cleaning came at 11:45 AM, sending me scrambling to vacate the room because my phone wasn't handy to check the time. They didn't ask I vacate right (it's Ok, we will come later) then but I got the message. 」

「Loved the hotel staff are brilliant and rooms are always nice but the major issue is the street outside hotel ..the hassle you get trying to walk down the road is like nothing I have experienced before ..many other guests say they same ..that put us off the hotel for our trip next time..but apart from that a amazing hotel 」

「All the staff were so friendly, amazing and so helpful. Breakfast every day was lovely and fresh. We stayed in the old rooms which do need a bit of work to update them but I can see they were working on some of them. Overall a great holiday due to the fab staff. Would recommend 」

「Clean room, very polite staff, all accessible and fluent in English, conveniently located hotel only few blocks away to Kololi beach. Safety and plenty of social life and safari services in the surrounding area . Premises really good including the pool and bar areas and the flowery garden. WiFi is generally good, breakfast however is basic and can do better with fruit and juice choices. Apartments well equipped in most units. I recommend the hotel 」

「The staff was amazing. I got a room with a garden view and turned into a bird watcher. It was so beautiful. Breakfast had an omelette station. Nice pool. Access to the beach just a few minutes walk. I will return. 」

「This hotel was absolutely phenomenal..very clean.. housekeepers clean room every other day .when the current would go out within 1 minute the back up generator kicked in..I told our house keeper that I was getting married and she surprised us by decorating the room with beautiful wedding decorations and she took videos and she surprised us after we got home from our wedding the management was wonderful my flight was cancelled to the following night and the manager allowed us another night in the...

「It was a nice and quiet location at Serrekunda. But in my first night some people held a wedding banquet downstairs, with loud music until midnight. The room was huge with super big balcony and unbeatable sea view. The restaurant served good food and I had all my breakfast, lunch and dinner there. But I needed to pay for the meals in cash in local currency, unless I could work out how to use the local mobile phone payment app, which I could not. I loved the direct access to the beach. But...
