「Cottage was perfectly located and well equipped albeit small for the price. Bathroom great, cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. Couple of areas needed redecorating. But communication was non existent. Contacted host twice without reply on day of arrival to get the passcode for the keys. Also phone number was for Sykes cottages which was closed. Ended up knocking on doors nearby and finally got to the right person.」

「Really helpful staff, comfortable room and bed and easy to park. (I didn't have the breakfast). Would recommend.」

「服務員親切，房間漂亮，晚上有樂團與餐廳客人聊天聲音，對早睡的人可能有點困擾，但到了睡覺時間，其實是很安靜的。」

「Everything was spot on for the price. Really good b&b would stay again.」

「Very helpful staff as we had to check in late, easy to reach via phone as well, useful booklet in the room and more info leaflets in the communal space.」

「The hotel was very nice and the staff brilliant breakfasts was very nice. The hotel is located in walking distance to all facilities and to the beach front we really enjoyed our stay we would go back again.」

「Amazing properties. Very cozy, beds are comfortable, very clean and great location. We will come definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family」

「Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. 」

「The room was clean and bright, the pull out sofa bed was a bit short for an adult and we weee above the kitchen which was noisy at closing but done by 10pm. Great staff, pretty location.」

「The rooms are clean but I do feel it does need a bit of TLC or a quick makeover. The staff were helpful however did see much of them.」

「Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. 」

「Nice breakfast choices and a cafteire of coffee」

「Very helpful and cheerful staff, clean and tidy swimming pool facilities. Nearby parking lots and 5 mins walk to the beach. Good place to stay.」

「We booked this location as it billed itself as a hotel with restaurant and bar. When we arrived about 15:30 and enquired about the restaurant we were told they close at 1600 but there were pubs nearby that would serve food. This was a Sunday so we spent the next hour trying to find somewhere that would serve food in the evening. We found somewhere. The issue is that the location misrepresented itself on Hotels.com. Had we known it was a bed and breakfast only location we would not have booked...

「Good location」

「Reception was nice enough (decorated as a Santa’s grotto before Halloween) but the room was grubby. Floors were on slopes as you walk around, enough so that the drawer doors of the bedside cabinets kept opening open there own ! There was also a strong smell of the bathroom as you walked in the room. We asked to be moved but were told no rooms available. I’m glad we only had 1 night here.」
