「The politeness and helpfulness of the staff is the only reason this hotel doesn’t get 0 stars. The room was disappointing. The bathroom had the sliding glass door removed from the shower and it was replaced with a shower curtain so water constantly leaked out onto the floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there is no fan in the bathroom, so the humidity stayed unless you propped the door open. There was a lot of mildew because of this. The sofa cushions were stained so bad I didn’t...

「My wife and I came in for a couple of nights for concert. The hotel was the perfect location for walking to the arena and downtown! The only complaint I guess(more my fault for not asking)was valet parking. It was $28 per night. Unless you going to use you car during your stay, which we didn’t because everything was walkable, I’d opt for the self park. It’s right by the hotel and only $10. A small thing though really! We loved it!」

「Nathaniel at check in and check out was friendly and so helpful. He explained parking, notified us when our room was available, offered area information and recommended places to eat. Breakfast staff was also on top of things. Keeping area clean. No sooner did a guest drop something, an attendant appeared and handled it immediately. Rooms were neat and clean. Location convenient for downtown. Parked car at hotel and walked everywhere.」

「One of the worst Motel 6 I have stayed at. I have never seen a motel in such bad conditions. Towels were given dirty, not even clean. We were not given pillows. Room was never cleaned. Bathroom was gross and not properly cleaned. I chose a non smoking room but reeked weed and cigarettes. Fridge was dirty. The only good thing was that room was spacious. Overall 1/5, would not recommend AT ALL!」
