"The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Sara gave us great info about where to go to observe the solar eclipse on Aug. 12. Our room was cleaned perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade bread and yogurt being our favorites."

"What a beautiful hotel in the best location in Bilbao. We chose the upgrade view and looked directly onto the Guggenheim and … The Puppy! The location is perfect: Guggenheim across the street, Bilbao museum is a 5 minute walk, the funicular is 10 mins and old town is 15-20 mins walk along the riverfront. The hotel is packed with clever art by Javier Mariscal."

"The hotel location is excellent and right next to metro, tram and bus stops. Our room was amazing, especially the bathroom which was massive and had a wet room with a bath as well. Our room was a superior room and had an amazing large bed and large tv. The staff were really helpful and friendly and a special mention for the concierge Pablo who was really knowledgeable and gave us plenty of ideas of where to visit, eat and to have drinks. Would definitely visit gain."

"We were lucky to have an accessible room especially as that night I broke my ankle and could stay abit longer into the afternoon after treatment at the hospital. Jaun on reception was amazing and helped so much with our onward journey planning & finding an early morning pharmacist. I couldn’t thank him enough for his kind attention!"
