“The staff was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.”

“The loud noise of the heater when operating is very annoying. It’s a walking distance to MNSU. ”

“Clean room and helpful staff.”

“Had a great stay... room was clean and comfy, breakfast was good, overall good value.”

“Friendly and clean environment. Daily housekeeping which I really appreciated”

“Starting to show some wear and tear, stains in bathroom, but overall not bad, AC kept turning on, even with thermostat turned up above room temp, so just shut it off. Road noise noticeable on Weekends, as hotel is on main road but location is great. Not happy that we made an error, our fault and booked an accessible room but couldn’t move. When we went to the room we called the front desk immediately and were told because we booked on EXPEDIA, they couldn’t change it, who knew. Overall okay but……

“Excellent stay! Recently renovated hotel. Convenient location with easy highway access. Good value for the price. Highly recommended for business traveler and construction workers. Would definitely stay again!”

“This was the cutest little boutique hotel we have stayed in! It was clean, and perfectly located downtown to everything Mankato Marathon related- the expo, bus stop to the start line, and the finish line. We loved the mid-century vibe and minimalist design. There was a cute little mini fridge in our room and a microwave in the communal coffee bar area. This was absolutely perfect for bringing all my pre and post-race food. They have coffee and tea available 24/7, and there were two little……

“The worst hotel experience ever! Dead bugs in the drawers when I tried to put my clothes away. Brought to management's attention. They pointed to a sign on the desk that I had not seen at check-in. Management needed to be notified within 20 minutes of room issues. Fridge did not seal properly. Took management over 36 hrs to replace. I purchased a rachet strap to keep it closed & protect my food. Fridge was replaced. Old fridge taken outside with ratchet strap still on it and my food still……

“I like the free WIFI in the room. I hope they can add elevator in the hotel.”

“facility is quite old but location is jsut great”

“We had a wonderful 3 night stay at River Hills Hotel. The Penthouse with 2 queen beds, a sectional couch, TV, kitchen and table with 4 chairs suited our needs very well. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the Penthouse needs work: - There were not many dishes or silverware in the kitchen. - The dishwasher is in a very tight spot between cupboards so that the door will not actually close because it bumps into the wood on either side. - The outlet between the beds was loose on the……

“The only time we saw anyone was when we checked in, after that there was no one there the rest of the time, till we left. The ice machine did not work, there wasn't any pop machine or snack machine, you had to walk to the gas station. The locks on the doors were iffy at best. Very small tv in room. $200.00 for just a room with no pool or anything else. It did have good water pressure in the shower.”
