「The bathroom was disgusting, I put a small towel in the tub before showering and immediately it turned black. There were cockroaches in the room, no fitted sheet on the bed. Safety terrible, the bottom part of the bed was sticking out and it didn’t give enough room between the bed and the desk. Wi-Fi terrible connection was horrible; it is free!」

「Safe enough parking. Small table to eat for multiple people and only one chair. But we use it to sleep only and didn't eat out. Gets the job done 」

「If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The India woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I was signing my paperwork, she literally tossed the pen at me. Even after I mentioned how disrespectful that was, her attitude did not improve. Things only got worse at checkout. We were only about 10 minutes past checkout time because we were loading our bags into the car, and she came outside to tell us to hurry up....

「The room was GREAT! the guests are inconsiderate of the guests in the rooms next to them, letting doors SLAM all night long, talking loudly outside on the corridor, letting their kids run up and down the corridor and stairs starting at 6am, i got out of bed and asked the man in the next room if he could close his door a little lighter, he told me…if it bothers me that much to go somewhere else! The saving grace of this stay was I was checking out the next day.」

「Laundry room has only 1 washer and 1 dryer, and Small microwave. Supposed to be open 8am-9pm. Was rarely open by 8. More like 9 or 10am」
