Beautiful Gardone Riviera

What a stunning location. Villa Albachiara was exactly what we expected, and the location did not disappoint in any way. Novella was incredibly helpful. We arrived early on check in day and she booked a restaurant for us to have lunch in whilst we waited. We had some issues with hot water for the first 3 days which was inconvenient but Novella helped where she could to get it resolved including getting a plumber out at 9pm in the evening. The check in could have been better, Anna seemed in a hurry, asked if I had any questions, but didn’t really share enough info about the bins or the way to use the key fob to access the barrier and gate which would have been useful. These are just minor issues and our overall experience was amazing. Dinner cooked at the villa by Jo was a highlight for us and once again we have Novella to thank for the recommendation and for booking it all for us. Beautiful location and great service.

Beautiful villa but you’ll need a car

Thank you for a lovely stay. It was perfect for what we needed. Absolutely beautiful with views to die for. The pool was impeccable and the beds super comfy. The things we would like for next time would be a better oven, the electrics to be fully covered as baby kept trying to pull the covers off, and air con in the smaller bedrooms. Maybe a fob for the barrier on all sets of keys.

Very nice Villa with fantastic views

The overall Villa appearance was very nice, clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. The Villas is located a bit up the mountain and only accessible via a private street - you definitely need a car! Once up there you will enjoy the fantastic views over lake Garda. We, a party of six including two children had a great time in the house, the kids loved the huge pool which unfortunately is not heated. Communication with the property management company Holiday Garda was very professional always one time, very informative with quick response times since the time of booking. Thank you to the entire team from Holiday Garda.

Wunderschöne Villa in exponierter Lage mit Seeblick gefühlt von Salo bis Limone. Top Ausgestattet. Keine abgewohnten zusammengewürfelten Möbel. Esstisch unter überdachter Terrasse für 12 Personen. Lounge Möbel, Sonnenschirme, riesiger Infinity Pool, saubere hochwertige Bäder. 3 Top Masterroom, 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbett ohne Klima aber ausreichend. Geschirr, Besteck alles zusammenpassend, Padmaschine, riesengroßer Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Moulinette. Hier wurde an Alles gedacht! Novella behebt Alle Probleme. Der Clou, nach einer Woche kostenlose komplette Reinigung der Villa. Und nicht zu vergessen großer Gasgrill mit 2 vollen Flaschen! Wir kommen wieder!

Superb holiday on lake garda

- location - villa itself and garden, pool - service - great AC - enclosed garden for the dog - kitchen is missing a real oven! - two new upper rooms are useless without AC - some minor kitchen items such as a working can opener, etc.
