Located on the hill of Gardone Riviera, near the small historic village of Bezzuglio, The Villa is surrounded by a large garden of 5,000 m2, with olive, palm trees and swimming pool, from which you can enjoy the enchanting view overlooking Lake Garda.
The property is divided into three independent living areas, which make the Villa the ideal solution for a single group, but also for two or three families who want to take a holiday with friends but at the same time prefer to maintain the privacy and comfort of three separate and autonomous living areas.
The apartment "Gli Olivi" has a total area of approximately 140m2, and has a large living room with sofas and open kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with three single beds, two bathrooms with shower and the laundry, for a total of seven beds.
The "I Limoni" apartment has a total area of approximately 100m2, and has a large living room with sofa and open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room, for a total of four beds.
The apartment "Gli Iris" has a total area of about 50m2, and has a living room with sofa and open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, for a total of two beds, possibly increased up to to four people using the double sofa bed in the living room (thus increasing the total capacity of the Villa to 15 people).
The entire Villa is newly built and has all the technological features to make your stay unforgettable.
All apartments have:
• full kitchen with appliances (induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, extractor hood);
• conditioned area in the living room, normally not necessary since the entire Villa is bioclimatic and therefore particularly thermally insulated,
• bathrooms with separate glass showers,
• Wi-Fi Internet connection with signal repeater in each apartment,
• washing machine.
The large covered common porch is the group's meeting area, and is furnished with a large 14-seat dining table, from which you can enjoy the enchanting view of the lake and the pool.
The inground infinity pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of about 1,40 meters.
The entire Villa, the garden and the swimming pool are at the complete and exclusive disposal of guests.
In the large garden you will find the typical Mediterranean vegetation of the area, where olive trees and palm trees dominate; the large spaces surrounding the Villa allow you to have total privacy, and at the same time your children can play freely in the garden and in the pool without having to worry about the noise; there is also an area with a built-in barbecue, complete with work area and sink for outdoor cooking.
"Villa Lucia" is located on the hill overlooking the town of Gardone Riviera, in the naturalistic area of the Alto Garda Park, which offers you the possibility of wonderful walks and mountain bike excursions, enjoying the splendid view of the Lake below.
The Villa is about 1km from the shore of the lake and its beaches, and is connected by a secondary road that is paved and quite steep, which can be traveled by car without any particular difficulty (the Villa is located 160 meters above the lake level).
The rental price includes:
• electricity;
• conditioned air;
• hot and cold water;
• high speed wireless internet;
• satellite television with international channels;
• sheets and towels (one weekly change);
• final cleaning.
The rental price does not include:
• the municipal tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person over the age of 14, which will be paid upon arrival in cash.
Upon your arrival you will be received directly by our staff, who speak Italian, English, German and French, and will be at your disposal for any problems or information during your stay.
Please note that:
• the price is determined by the number of guests, over eight people there is a supplement up to a maximum of thirteen people; if required, it is possible to increase the maximum number of guests up to a maximum of nineteen, using the double sofa bed present in each living room; this increase must be agreed in advance, and will be subject to an additional cost;

The secondary road, which leads to our villa and connects it to the main road is public and asphalted.
